Laugh Out Loud at Lancaster's Comedy Clubs
Laughter might not be the "best" medicine, but it sure can help to boost your mood and relieve stress. And let's be honest, we could probably all use a good laugh. The science behind laughter is that it reduces stress hormone levels, such as cortisol and epinephrine, and increases serotonin, the happy hormone. Beyond that, a night out enjoying a good joke in the company of friends is just what we all need right about now.
There’s nothing quite like the live, raw energy of an in-person comedy show. The humor can be irreverent, unfiltered and unabashedly hilarious – whether the act is a phenomenal young comedian perfecting their craft or a seasoned performer thrilling a captivated audience. Check out these places here in the Lancaster area where you can go to get your giggle on.
